Applicable to NSW only, most NSW Local Councils require a "Registered Quantity Surveyor's Council Cost Report" to be included as part of the Development Application (DA) or Construction Certificate (CC). Councils require this to ascertain the value of the project so the fees and contributions (EPA Section 7.12) attributable can be calculated.
As Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS) registered and certified Quantity Surveyors, we are able to prepare NSW council DA estimates and construction cost reports in accordance with your council's format and requirements.
